@ZaneP forgot to mention. A simple port forwarding resolved the double NAT issue there are plenty of results to guide through it on Google search (in case a newb reads this).

Thnks @ZaneP, I'm halfway there. Synology NAS can be seen and accessed however not from outside my network which is a bummer since it's my personal cloud. On the other hand my ix2-200's ip is available but can't be accessed. So more fun ahead.
