Use the HDMI 1.3 for bell five receiver. Not 1.4 or 2.0. Problem fixed

HDMI settings on the TV. Not the Bell receiver. Set it to 1.4

It got rid of the Dolby vision setting with the bell 4k Android box

I have the same TV. Change HDMI mode from auto to HDMI 1.4. Voila! Problem solved
