Thanks for the info. Yes, i was using a web browser. It is working now, i logged in the next day and the menu item mysteriously appeared.

I'm trying to get my bills for tax purposes and cannot easily find the location of last years bills so I can print them. There is no menu item at the top for "My Bills and Payments". All that is listed is "my Services" "My Profile" and "Exclusive Off...
