The only reason I would have liked to keep the DHCP on was to have a guest network on a different network just so I could because I was running 2 routers.When the problem occurs, the Bell modem's IP in the interface settings --> DHCP changed to 192.1...

1- @ZaneP I have been told to continue through the Bell community forum with @BellPatricia 2- Very good point, I did the same tests with the Telus modem disconnected so no failover ad only Hub4000 connected to the UDM and the problem does not occur....
