What must be done in order for my television subscription to be registered in my Home Hub modem? It is not showing Subscribed. Thank you for your time.
I have made the switch from my parents account to a FibeTV service in Sudbury ON. It is immensely preferable to signing in using each stations app. Very good quality, less lag and more immersive in live TV. 5/5 recommended.
It’s a Home Hub 4000. I have the Fibe TV App subscription. When I log into the modem it says Not Subscribed under the Television header. I think it might be the source of some issues in my service. Thanks for replying.
