For sure. I’m directly plugged in the 10G port straight to my pc. Getting my full service now. 

5G not supported and or brand specification. (Brotrends 5G). Swapped it for a 10 G to link and it worked right away. 

I’ve realized the modem doesn’t support 5 G. Only 1/2.5/10. I returned my 5G  upgraded to a 10G. Plugged it in and it worked instantly. 

I have the exact same problem. Upgraded to a 5G network card from a 2.5…5G card won’t work on 10g port on modem. Works on a 1g port though. Same issue. Have you found anything out?
