I was actually told the bell agent who retransferred my phone number forgot I need to reactivate the eSIM AND FORGOT TO REACTIVATE MY CANCELED ACCOUNT!
The bell agent on phone when retransfering my phone number from Telus to Bell said I will have to remove Telus SIM card in 1 hour and reset my iPhone. I asked and he told me 3 times in a row that he was 100% sure I don’t have to reactivate the eSIM.....
