Thanks @BellPatricia for helping me with the firmware update. Unfortunately, I do not see my wifi 6ghz network from my MacBook M2 Pro. I will contact tech support to see what can be done.
Thanks dks for your responses. I will talk to a bell rep tomorrow about their pods. I have wifi5 ASUS mesh routers. If I can get the Giga Hub to work, it would save me $$ from upgrading them.
Hi. I have the Hub 4000 (new last week, FAST 5689E) with 6ghz support. I turned on and named my 6ghz wifi network separately in the advanced wifi settings.
