Accessible through the MyBell app, the Wi-Fi Checkup Tool will:

  1. Provide real time diagnostic results
  2. Detect factors that may impact Wi-Fi strength
  3. Alert and flag potential issues with Wi-Fi pods and services
  4. Guided testing and troubleshooting instructions
  5. Ability to add pods when required to optimize signal strength

  1. Visit the app store on your phone, search for MyBell and select the MyBell app, or scan the QR Code Wifi Checkup Tool .jpg
  2. Tap INSTALL or Get.
  3. Login or your create a MyBell profile

 

Launch the Support Section in MyBell

  1. Once logged in, click the Support button at the bottom right corner of the screen
  2. Launch the Wi-Fi Checkup Tool under “Fix issues easily”
  3. Follow the instructions and click start scan to begin your digital troubleshooting journey!
