How to set up pre-authorized payments in the MyBell app
- Launch the MyBell app on your device.
- If you’re connected to the Bell Mobility network, you will be logged in automatically. If you do not see your other services, you must log in using your MyBell username and password. Touch the silhouette icon on the top right and select Log in.
- Touch Set-up pre-authorized payments.
- Enter your name and the required information for the bank account or credit card. Touch Select to choose your bank. Touch the "i" icon for help finding the required information.
- Touch Review my payment options.
- Review the bank account details and touch Submit pre-authorization info.
- Read the terms and conditions, then touch I agree.
- Pre-authorized payments are now set up on this account.
Note: One full bill cycle must pass before the automatic withdrawal will begin. For this reason, its recommended to always monitor your invoice and account, and if needed ensure payments are being made to avoid any past due balances or late fees.
