You can watch your favourite shows and movies on Crave, Netflix and Disney+ using almost any device with Internet connectivity.
Crave device compatibility depends on your subscription type and Bell Fibe TV equipment.
If you have Crave Premium:
- Bell Fibe TV customers: You can watch Crave content through your Bell Fibe TV on-demand channels, even on older receivers like the 4K VIP5662, VIP2262, VIP2502 & VIP2202.
- Other devices: You can also stream Crave on any compatible and supported device (e.g. phone, tablet, web or Smart TV). For the most accurate list of Crave supported devices check out Which devices can I watch Crave on?
If you have Crave Basic or Crave Standard (Ad-supported):
- Bell Fibe TV customers with an Android Fibe TV Receiver (VIP7802): Access Crave through the Crave app on your receiver. The Crave app is not available on any receiver older than the VIP7802.
- Alternative devices: Smart TV (manufacturer and model specific), streaming device such as Apple TV, Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV and Roku devices, and supported smartphones, tablets, or computers.
To confirm if your device is currently compatible with Crave Basic or Crave Standard check out Which devices can I watch Crave on?
Need a compatible Bell Fibe TV receiver?
If you're a Bell Fibe TV customer with an older receiver and would like to access to the Crave app, you may be eligible to upgrade to an Android Fibe TV Receiver (VIP7802). Contact us

If you want to watch Crave on a Roku TV, you have to have Crave + or you can't get anything. Took me 3 days on the phone with Crave, Roku and Bell to figure this out. They did not tell me that when they talked me into switching my Netflix account over to them to get Crave for $1 more. It was so sad that Bell did not know this and kept telling me I was wrong. I tried everything they told me for days and would not admit it was a problem. I ended up having to switch things back the way they were. Why pay and extra $1 for nothing. Was not happy at all.
