Good Day & Welcome.
Thank you for posting your question.
Yes, you can receive international calls on Bell Mobility Plans. If you are in Canada, receiving calls from anywhere in the world is free and simply deducts from your plan's standard monthly airtime.
The physical location of the person calling you doesn't affect your bill. If you are in Canada, you do not pay long-distance charges for incoming calls; only the caller might incur long-distance fees from their own provider.
If you are traveling internationally, receiving a call while connected to a foreign network counts as a roaming event. Using Bell's Roam Better feature (which costs $13/day for the U.S. and $16/day for other international destinations) grants you unlimited incoming calls. Otherwise, pay-per-use roaming rates for incoming calls will apply.
Take care.
