Cell and Wireless Internet tower reception in Binbrook and Hamilton, ON surrounding area dropping from 5G to 3G

For weeks now the cell reception and wireless internet off the binbrook tower has been garbage.   When I call for support, I keep getting referenced back to checking my modem but it’s not that because it both my cell service AND wireless.   It’s so obvious that that something is up with the tower but the phone support wants to send a tech to my house.    Why not just connect to tower and see for yourself?  What is normally 5G is dropping to 3G at best and my devices are struggling.  3 weeks now and I pay for this service.

Thank you for your question. A quick look at my favourite cellular tower map shows there are two Bell towers in Binbrook. It may be that one tower is down or under repair or upgrade. Both towers have 5G/4G/3G service. Have you run the Virtual Repair Tool? Are there any outages listed in the Outage Checker on the My Bell web page?
