I tried to redeem my perplexity code, but the website says the code has expired. The text message says the code is valid until 26-Jun-2026. I have never signed up for perplexity before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this a recent SMS text message that you received or is this associated with the Perplexity Pro 12-month trial offer from Bell that ended on December 31, 2025. If you were an existing Bell customer at this time, this offer ended as of August 12, 2025.
Please login to you MyBell account and confirm that your personal promo code is displayed on the top banner on your MyBell homepage.
- This program is only valid for new Perplexity Pro subscribers who have not previously created a Perplexity Pro account.

I also got some trouble to find the code on my bell I got an email from Bell but no offers on my account.

I am not sure that I quite fully understand what you mean by: "I done an online phone rehaussement".
Did you upgrade your mobile device to a Samsung S26 Ultra? If this is the case, then this may be the reason why you did not receive text message from Bell with a unique promo code for the Perplexity Pro AI 12-month Free offer.
I can only speculate that the email you received is for your Samsung S26 Ultra online order.
One of the basic requirements to qualify for this promotion is a new subscription to a mobility plan with data.
If you are an eligible Bell Mobility subscriber, you should have received a text from Bell with a unique promo code to redeem this offer
