I am a sales rep in Eastern Ontario and I don’t know what is going on with Bell mobility service but it’s terrible. I live in a well established community in Ottawa and barely have cell service in my own house. Currently in a major part of the city and 1 bar of 5G service might as well be no Data at all. Nothing loads. Bell you need to fix this. You claim to have 5G service but it’s terrible in a lot of major cities in Eastern Ontario.!

Thank you for your comments. In spite of heavy advertising by all carriers about 5G, reality is often very different. You are can try to set your phone to 5G AUTO (in the case of iPhones) to allow your phone to optimize the cellular signal, even when it is LTE or 3G. That way your phone will find the best signal in a given setting. Cell phones also optimize voice over data as part of their design.
