I had to delete and reinstall the MyBell app. Initially, at first use, it was in the English language. Opening the app for a second time it was in French. How to get it back to English?

Does Bell calculate the end of the billing cycle on EST or local time zone? For example, if my billing cycle ends on the 26th, is it midnight EST or midnight in my local time zone?
