Resolved! FaceTime call from customer service - It is a scam?

Hello guys. I just received a FaceTime call from be*****@torontomail.com and he said he was the Chinese customer service. He told me a number that I never used before. I’m not sure if this was a scam or not?

What is wrong with my bell site? I’ve been  getting “reoccurring error in trying to open …. overview page…” when i click on “current bill” for days. How can I view my bill to pay it?
