Is there a charge to watch TV series on Demand.  I called Bell but the young lady I got could not help me with my questions regarding streaming.  I found the internet and Bell's website more informative except regarding pricing.

Bell Fibe has been watched many times on this TV. Now I go to Guide, select the channel and it will not open the channel.  Any channel!!!
