The Restart button no longer appears anywhere in the guide when using the Bell tv app on my desktop computer or on my tv through Roku. This problem started about 3-4 weeks ago.
Bell technicians tell me they can do nothing about it because it is in the app and maybe the new updates are programmed like that. Does anyone have this same problem and is it true there is nothing that can be done?
(I have no problem with the restart button when using the Bell fibe tv box my other tv).
Thanks.

Good Day & Welcome.
Thank you for posting your question.
You cannot restart a live show using the Fibe TV app on a laptop computer. It is not built into the Restart function today. You can pause and rewind live TV. You can watch, manage and download recordings, etc. Please refer to Fibe TV app weblink that I have included.
I have attached a tutorial that will explain the Restart function, its use & operation on Bell Fibe TV.
The restart function is also not available as an option or feature when using a Roku TV.
Take care.

Thanks for your quick answer. I know how to use the restart button. However, the problem is that the restart button does not appear anywhere, on any program in the guide on my tv app nor on my desktop.

Good Day @826
Thank you for your reply.
There is no problem with the app. There is no Restart functionality built in the Fibe TV app. You cannot Restart a live show with the Fibe TV app on a Roku TV and on a computer.
The Restart function is not available as an option or feature. You can pause and rewind live TV. You can watch, manage and download recordings, etc.
Take care.
