Sounds like you found the right steps (4-1-3). Took a look at the site, only thing I can think of that might help is to "reactivate" before doing the rest. But if someone calls you and your voicemail picks up, then that isn't the solution....
Depends on what phone you have, check with your device manufacturer to see what options who have without doing a wipe.

I used to use this feature all the time on an old device, great for hiking. From what I learned there are multiple issues why NextRadio won't work.
Their website seems to be gone as I can't access it at all, even the link from the app store doesn...
On the screen you shared, turn off "whole home wifi" then agree and save. then go back to that same screen and you should see the advanced settings button appear. You might have to log out and in again.
That's disappointing (coming from a Brit myself), it can take a long time to roll out these things out everywhere. Hopefully they are working on adding it and streamline the experience. Can get Brit Live as an app on the streamer.
