I had to delete the app on my tv a couple times and try the code from the global tv app from my tv on my computer or phone a couple times before it would work. I never logged into Bell on my computer but went to  https://watch.globaltv.com/activate  ...

Did you try logging in on your phone on the global tv activate with the code on the tv.

I finally after deleting again and logging in on my phone on the global tv activate with the code on the tv.
