How do I watch my recordings from my Satellite receiver on the Fibe tv app?

How do I watch my recordings from my receiver on the Fibe tv app? I am in BC and used to be able to see them and now do not.

Thank you for posting your question. We would like to assist you. In order to do so, please provide us with some further information.

  1. Do you live in B.C. or are you wishing to watch a previously recorded program while you are away from home?
  2. Which Bell TV service do you subscribe to? Fibe TV, Fibe TV App or Satellite TV.
  3. Did you record the program using a Bell Fibe TV receiver, Satellite receiver, Fibe TV app, etc.?

If you are on Bell Satellite TV and you are using the Fibe TV App:

  1. Recordings scheduled (through your Satellite TV receiver or Fibe TV app) prior to June 1, 2025, are no longer available through the Fibe TV app, and can be accessed only through your Satellite TV receiver.
  2. As of June 1, 2025, recordings will remain solely on the device or app they were scheduled on. In order to watch a Satellite TV recording on the Fibe TV app, you must schedule the recording using the Fibe TV app & vice versa when you are using a satellite receiver.
  3. Does this apply to your current issue with recordings not being available for you to view on the Fibe TV app?

Good day,

I live in B.C. and wishing to watch a previously recorded program while I am away from home. I do have bell satellite tv and that explains why I can no longer watch them on the Fibe app. I have selected some to record on the Fibe app and  can watch them.  

Thanks for responding as it explains why I cannot.
