I just upgraded online and now have received the paperwork in the mail. I thought everything had been finished online, do I need to sign these papers and send them in or are they just for my records?
The problem was with one receiver only. I rebooted it and the thumbnails are all back. I can't believe I didn't try that before posting. Anyway it's fine now. Thank you for your help.
