We just moved to Bell Fibe and are trying to hook our smart lights and plugs to the Giga Hub 2 modem. They are Geenie brand and use 2.4 ghz. I've set up the guest line for 2.4 but they still won't connect. Any help appreciated.
I have changed the name of my 5 and 6 ghz and signed in on the 2.4. I have turned off my mobile data as well. I deleted and reinstalled the ecovac and geeni apps and reinstalled them as well as emptied the cache on both but they still won't connect. ...
