How to connect IoT Smart Lights to Giga Hub 2.4Ghz band?

We just moved to Bell Fibe and are trying to hook our smart lights and plugs to the Giga Hub 2 modem. They are Geenie brand and use 2.4 ghz. I've set up the guest line for 2.4 but they still won't connect. Any help appreciated.

I followed the instructions and I still can't get my robot vacuum to connect. Any other suggestions?

Hi @Joe24
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.

Are you able to share what steps you are taking in order to try and connect your lights and at which point you are experiencing issues?

Geeni support has a great article with all the steps in order to connect your lights. We'd recommend checking out How to set up Geeni smart light/bulb?Opens in a new tab or windowfor further information.

I have changed the name of my 5 and 6 ghz and signed in on the 2.4. I have turned off my mobile data as well. I deleted and reinstalled the ecovac and geeni apps and reinstalled them as well as emptied the cache on both but they still won't connect. The devices are found and the hotspot is established but then won't connect to my phone (Google Pixel 10).  I have connected 3 Google mini's and my Tapo outdoor camera with success . I will check out the geeni info. Thanks.
