I had the same issue, annoyed me for month. I have the answer - When you're on the starlink wifi, click wifi settings, change IP to static and and chnage your DNS to 8.8.8.8, then the 2nd DNS to 8.8.4.4. - One this is changed it will work 100% fine. ...
