Just upgraded gigahub speed to 3.0. Up in office speed still very slow compared to the floor below. How do I get Tech to see about relocating modem or installs pods?????

Gigahub in basement. Office has slow speed on 3rd floor. Shud I put a pod in the office or put it on the 2nd floor to help????
