Hi, I had UK as the country code (I used to live there) - I changed it to Canada, and reboot everything and it worked!  Thank you ssso much.

@BellPatricia I am really stuck...I bought my Fire TV stick 4K yesterday.  I have installed a few apps such as Spotify, Netflix, etc.  BUT I cannot find CRAVE or BELL FIBE TV......I am desperate.....I have tried everything on this forum.....help help...
