Why is the Bell 2000 modem so pathetic it needs a weekly reboot? I use the internet and all of a sudden it just stops….. I test my router and it’s fine, (it cleans itself as needed), but the 2000 can’t do that and has to be rebooted manually. WHY????...

1) If you’re streaming things like Prime Video check the stream rate and lower it to better rather than best. The diff would be many GB a month. 2) change to one of Bell’s unlimited plans.3) check what’s eating your usage. Might be an unwanted guest....

And I’d like to know how to get the HH2000 to accept any DNS address. I want Cloudflare in Toronto, super fast but HH won’t allow anything but Bell’s turtle DNS.
