Thanks for your question. If your Bell Mobility plan allows the addition of Roam Better, the instructions in this link will show you how. If not, you will have to contact Bell directly at 1-866-310-2355 during normal business hours.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Can you please elaborate & provide us with some further information? Which mobility plan do you subscribe to? Are you on a monthly or prepaid plan? Are you looking to change your plan to one that includes Unlimited calling, texting and data in Canada, the U.S.?
Are you looking to remove a roaming restriction that you requested to be placed on your account? If this is the case, you cannot remove a roaming restriction using the MyBell App. If you have previously unsubscribed, you will need to call BELL Mobility. Once a roaming restriction has been added, it cannot be removed online.
You can check under My Plan in your MyBell profile to confirm if you have any restrictions on international and/or US calling in place. As an example, you may see "Restrict outgoing international calls" underneath Add-ons and promotional data. If you do see a restriction, you'll need to Bell Customer Service for assistance in having it removed.
There are options available for you. Ask the Bell Mobility representative to:
- Add roaming subscription to your plan.
- Remove the restriction on international. This will allow you to activate roaming on a need be basis.
- Add-on feature - Restrict outgoing international calls
- Change your plan to one that includes Unlimited calling, texting and data in Canada, the U.S.
To reach Bell Mobility Customer Service call: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device to make this change.
Let us know & we will do our best to assist you.
Thank you for posting your question.
Take care.

I’m in the UK and phone is not booming up to the network. I have it on Auto and then tried to manually hook up to their provider here and still not working. Tried it on 5G and LTE. Any suggestions?

I am currently in Cuba, trying to reinstate my data roaming. I live by a border so I previously removed all roaming capabilities but now that I’m in Cuba I have no service. The option is to call, but I have no service, or to chat, but the chat doesn’t work in Cuba. There is no option of adding this back in on my bell app. What can i do?

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum
To roam with Bell, you first need to activate a roaming plan. You can do this by selecting either method below:
- To add Roam Better, simply text ROAM to 8000.
- Log in to your MyBell account. Go to > My Services. Select > Mobility service. Choose Mobility Overview. Scroll to "My travel features". Select > Buy travel add-ons and follow the prompts to add a destination or feature.
After adding the plan, turn on cellular data and data roaming in your phone's settings to allow your device to connect to foreign networks.
- Activation: Roaming is not active until you arrive in the destination country, and your device connects to a local network.
- Travel Passes: A Travel Pass takes priority over Roam Better and expires after its duration (e.g., 7 or 14 days). Once it expires, you will revert to your standard roaming rate.
- Prepaid plans: Roaming is not available on prepaid plans, and you will need to switch to a different plan to use these services
