I have a new Receiver 9400z
Error code 019 says “smart card not inserted correctly

Bell satellite receiver error 019 on a 9400 model usually indicates a problem with the SmartCard or the receiver's connection to the satellite signal. To resolve this, try reinserting the SmartCard, resetting the receiver, and checking the satellite cable connections.
