I was previously with Teksavvy VOIP and I would get an email with an mp3 attachment of phone messages left in my phone mailbox and I could block numbers.is a similar online service available from Bell?

I have a couple rotary 500 phones in my home. Since I switched to Fibe I can only answer them, not dial out. When I try to dial out I only get a message in french, which I don't understand since I don't speak french. Is there any way of fixing this? ...
