Hey there @DR1, thanks for your post and welcome to the Bell Community 🙂
While logged into Bell Webmail simply click the down arrow to expand My Folders (on the left). Once expanded you should then see the Archive folder, and you can move emails into the folder.
Let the Community know if you have any other questions.

Thank you for the question. The Archive folder is at the bottom of the directory list, below Inbox. It is the last folder. It does not download files to your computer's desktop.

This method means you have to move individual emails, or at most one screen at a time. You used to be able to click 'archive' and it would move everything older than 30d? into the archive. I delete emails I know I don't want, but still my inbox just keeps getting bigger and bigger. What are you supposed to do to keep it within limits?
Even if I just wanted to delete everything in my inbox, I think I would have to do it screen by screen, which would take a long time.
Thanks.

Good Day & Welcome.
The archive folder per se does not exist in terms of what you perceive it to be.
You can create an archive folder and or any other folder that you would like to keep & store your emails for future reference on Bell Webmail.
While logged into Bell Webmail simply click the down arrow to expand My Folders (on the left). Once expanded you can create an archive folder and or any other folder that you wish to move & store your previous emails that you wish to save on webmail.
You can also choose to save email messages as an Eml file to download to your computer. To download and save an email message to your computer, Select > the Email message you wish to save. Select > more. Select > Save as an Eml file.
Let the Community know if you have any other questions.
Take care.
