A while ago there was an outage.. But that was corrected weeks ago.. The bell wifi app on my iphone still says that there is an internet outage and is essentially useless;
I have;
- Rebooted the router/modem multiple times
- Reinstalled the app
- Logged out and back in..
I use is it control my kids access and because it says that there is an outage.. it's not doing anything; won't track or stop connections, usage data, timers none of it works..
Is there anything I can do to get the router and wifi back in sync?
Can I wipe out the setup for wifi app without resetting the router to factory specs?

I think you already did all you can do.
It looks to me like something is out of sync. Typically a Bell representative will pick up this post and get in contact with you to fix things up.

Good day @BWS001
Thank you for reaching out to the Bell community 🙂
Can you clarify which modem you have? Some cases like this have been resolved with a simple reboot the modem from your web browser:
- Open your web browser and visit 192.168.2.1.
- Go to Advanced tools and settings
- Select Resets
- Select Restart
We're here to help if you continue to have any trouble after that, and I will contact you via private message soon to request some additional information.
