Hello,
I discovered that I added an email address to my Blocked Senders list by accident! This sender is very much a "Safe" and welcomed Sender! I asked Bell how I could remove the email address from my Blocked Senders list (and/or remove the address from my Blocked list and add them to my Safe Senders list) 6+ weeks ago, but still no reply.
Does anyone know how I can fix this? I'm embarrassed to admit this, but I have added at lease 3 email address (of which I'm aware) to my Blocked Senders list accidentally! I REALLY hope there is a solution to this; when email is sent to me from an address on the Blocked list, they do not receive any kind of bounce-back message (nor msg of any kind) to alert them that their email was not delivered (or perhaps it was, but I'm unable to see nor retrieve it from the Blocked Senders list?). I receive no alert nor msg either to advise me that someone (a particular email address I hope) on my blocked list tried to sent me an email.
The impact of this is that neither of us (sender/receiver) know that they are blocked!
I've discovered 3 addresses (so far) that are on my Blocked Senders list that should NOT be there - and these 3 were discovered because they contact me on a regular basis so they reached out by text or phone to ask why I hadn't replied to their email.
For all I know (!), I may have added others to the blocked list, but because I receive emails from them occasionally only, I've NO idea that they're sitting on that Blocked list!
Thank you,
Janet
PS: I looked at the addresses on the list, but found 1 of the 3 only; I'm wondering whether I'm being shown a limited number of email addresses on the blocked list and cannot see the entire list.

I trust you mean the blocked senders that you have mistakenly added to your web mail email address.
To remove these blocked senders:
Login to your Bell webmail account from any browser. Select > Settings - (Gear icon, top right corner.) Select > Mail > Select > Blocked senders. You will now see a list of blocked senders. Select > The Trash can icon for the addresses you wish to remove from the Blocked senders list then follow the onscreen prompts.
If you blocked email addresses on your mobile device, you will need to go into your device settings > Mail > Blocked & Blocked senders options > Select > Delete / or the change options from there. Depending on your device these settings will be slightly different. E.g. Apple vs. Android, etc.
That is it!
Enjoy!

Good Day & Welcome.
Thank you for posting your question.
Unfortunately, there is no "select all" button perse to remove blocked senders in bulk from Bell webmail.
You must access the settings menu in a browser and delete them individually from the list. You will need to select the trash can icon next to each address in order to remove it from your blocked senders list.
Take care.

My error. For some reason the page display is wonky. It does not show the trash can beside the entry unless I slide the panel to the right. Never had to do that before. You were correct. Panel size is larger than screen.

I got over 140 blocked senders, I now would like to remove all of them from my blocked senders list... all at once, not individually
removing individually seems to takes forever ☹️.....
