is there anyway you can bypass the parental block control?
My son loves playing video games. I know It is winter break but I don’t want him to stay up the whole night. I blocked his computer from the internet from 1:30Am to 6am. His computer is connected to Hub 4000.
I found that even when I blocked his computer internet access from my Bell wifi app, he seemed still having the access…is that possible?
Thank you!

Good Day & Welcome.
Thank you @Dbull for posting your question.
There isn't a built-in method that will limit the number of devices that are given access to share your home Wi-Fi network password.
Only you can decide on who is given access. The MyBell Wi-Fi App is a great tool for monitoring and controlling your network.
There are a number of things you can do to manage your Wi-Fi network. As a starting point you need to establish guidelines and boundaries with all of the users that have access to your network.
- You can control your Wi-Fi network by ensuring that only you have access to your MyBell account login and password. This will restrict anyone from accessing the MyBell Wi-Fi App.
- You can monitor connected devices with the MyBell Wi-Fi App. You can remove any device that is disconnect from your Wi-Fi network.
- You can restrict internet usage for specific devices or profiles using the MyBell Wi-Fi App by pausing access or setting up a regular freeze schedule.
- You can setup a guest Wi-Fi network on your Bell modem for visitors that keeps your main home network and private devices secure.
- You can restrict access by changing your passwords on a regular basis.
Let us know if we can be of further assistance to you.
Take care.

Thank you. The problem I'm having is my son's wifi gets blocked at a certain time. But he creates a random mac address, enters the wifi password, and logs in and continues to use it. I'm wondering if there is a way to not allow new devices (MAC addresses) without my approval first? Seams like this would be quite an easy feature to add to the app.
