Good Day & Welcome.
@Shala Bell stopped offering new free email addresses as part of their Internet service in 2023. You cannot add an email account. If you require a free email account then you will need to obtain one from another email account supplier such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL, Mail, etc.
If you have an existing Bell email address, I have included the following email instructions to assist you in accessing and setting up your Bell email address account.
Using Bell email : Bell email features
Thank you for posting your question.
Take care.

Just a suggestion on the advice offered to anyone who wants to create an email address:
The posters are generally not specifying that they are looking to create a new free email address. They came wondering how to create a new Bell email address. I suggest that, in addition to options such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL, Mail, etc., you also mention options that offer more security and privacy such as Proton Mail and Tuta Mail.

Good Day & Welcome.
Thank you for your input and feedback.
Yes, there are many other email options available that offer more security & privacy, both free and paid.
Bell stopped offering new, free email addresses to its customers in early 2023.
Email account suppliers such as, Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL, Mail, etc. are only shown as alternatives. These suppliers are examples only! This list of suppliers is not meant to be an exclusive & all-encompassing list of all email address suppliers.
Take care.
