Internet throttling?

  • Why is bell throttling the internet. Ive tracked the internet provided for over 3 years and multiple times throughout the month bell is throttling internet and providing less then contract.

Thank you for your question. Please review Bell's ITMP policy as posted by my colleague @Vanadiel , which explains why and when Bell reduces speed. Bell does also not guarantee speeds on any specific tier, due to the many variability factors as outlined in the ITMP and the Terms of Use.
