help. Why for the past few months is my simpatico daily full of spam. You can’t block them as they all use different emails. Does not she’ll have a filter anymore to weed these out.

Most of the spam and other emails come as a result of data breaches. To change all of the Bell addresses would take weeks. Creating new addresses with another provider then in that process contacting contacts and changing
email addresses and creating new passwords.. Not looking forward to over 15 years of email activity.

Thanks for the reply but it does not eliminate the escalating issue. Not asking anyone in the forum to solve the problem as it requires code and logic to be able to parse the full URL. This is the latest email
****-******.firebaseapp.com. If they can create this address, Bell or its supplier for the blocking program should be able to provide the solution. The data in front of the period changes all the time.

I had posted some time ago, to where I do not remember but it was to BELL tech support, that the spammers are using multi-level domain names and changing one of the levels to defeat the Bell blocking app. Anyone
have the same issue. I never heard back from Bell about modifying the blocking software to allow the '*' in the domain blocking. I do not know where to send the information. I am sure that they are aware of the domain name problem but I do not see any changes to their software.
It is almost useless to try and block those domains or users. Comments?

Good Day.
What can I say? I am experiencing the same old, same old as you are.
You can try blocking the domain, “firebaseapp.com”. If the domain is continually changing, then this will not eliminate all of these emails. It may reduce some of them...... but not all.
Fraudsters and spammers are getting smarter. For every step forward....... it almost seems like we are taking a step backwards.
Please have a look at the following. I am hoping there is something these weblinks that will be of assistance to you.

I hate this forum RE: finding posts, conversation continuity. My last post was related to the merging of my previous post. My post is not related to "how to determine SCAMs". It is getting BELL to update the logic of email blocking to include the ability to block multi segmented domains [email protected]. I posted a request some time ago and heard nothing about it or saw any changes the blocking ability. I cannot communicate using email. Who maintains the blocking software?

Thanks for the reply. I have reviewed all all the links. They do not solve the problem I have tried to bring to the attention of the folks who wrote/created/maintain the blocking s/w. I give up. I keep being merged into the "spam identification" bucket. I just want to know how to get this issue to the correct group/people.
