Resetting Your Bell Mobile Voicemail Password
Have you tried to check voicemail for your mobile number but forgot the password? We’ve all been there.
You can reset your password
quickly in MyBell. Please be aware that you will lose any saved messages in your mailbox. This also occurs if you contact customer service for a password reset, which includes a service charge.
Setting Up Your Voicemail Password
If you haven't set up a voicemail password, you can only listen to your voicemails on your mobile. A password allows you to check messages from any phone and adds a layer of security to keep your messages private.
How to Create or Change Your Voicemail Password
- Press and hold 1 on your mobile phone's keypad.
- Enter your password (if one is already set up).
- Press 4 for Personal options.
- Press 2 for Administrative options.
- Press 1 to Establish or change your password.
- Press 1 to Change your password.
- Enter a new password (4-10 digits, not starting with zero).
To disable the password on your mobile phone, follow the steps above and listen for the option to turn off your password at step 5. A password will still be required to access voicemail from other phones.
