The Bell Global 365-day Travel Pass can be used in all countries that have access to Bell's Roam Better.
You can make free calls and text from within those countries, i.e. Hungary is one of the countries that includes Roaming, without incurring L.D. charges.
The only restriction or rule so to speak would be for countries that roaming is not supported, or while on a flight or a cruise ship. In these cases, either a Global 365 or a Roam Better user would both be subject to pay-per-use rates.
