I got an email saying I used wrong account number to make my payment last month. Tried to insert new one bill 14 digit account number but bank says not enough numbers. So what do you look up to add bell one bill as a new payee with new account number...

Hello, I reside in Quebec and understand that’s why all communication (emails, bills, contract and even sales calls) is in French, however as a customer I would prefer it in English - can Bell fix that? Thank you

Resolved! How to log out of MyBell profile

How to log off from My Bell to support privacy - it’s not obvious- never had trouble before. You could go to the menu on the home page to log off but now I can’t find it. This isn’t helpful when we are trying to maintain security
