MyBell iOS app Crash Home Screen/Tab

Just want to report the iOS mybell app seems to have a very nasty bug where upon login the home screen flickers, when you tab to another feature the bug brings you back to the home tab where the flicker continues until the app eventually crashes.

I tested the MyBell app version 12.8.3 using iOS 26.5 on 4 Apple devices a few minutes ago. I did not experience any of the issues that you mentioned in your post. Can you share some further details with us?

Which model of iPhone do you have? Are you experiencing any other app related issues on your iPhone? Any device damage that would cause screen to flicker? Cracked screen, case, etc.

Can you verify that your SIM card is seated securely. Power your device off. Remove, reinstall & visually inspect your SIM.

Are you experiencing this flicker on Wi-Fi, Cellular, or both networks?

Please start off by:

1. Uninstalling the MyBell app on your Apple iPhone.
2. Reboot your iPhone by doing a full power off of your device.
3. Download the most current version of MyBell app Version 12.8.3 from the Apple Store.
4. Log back in and let us know if you are experiencing the same issue.
