Bell Fibe UX design feedback

This is just some feedback directed towards the UX design team who works on the bell fibe TV app.  I use the app on Apple TV and for the most part it works extremely well.  One small suggestion: When I’m in the guide view and press the ‘up’ button on the Apple Remote, it takes me through the channels in DESCENDING order.  When I’m not in the guide view and am actually watching a channel, pressing the ‘up’ button takes me through the channels in ASCENDING order.  This is very confusing because I have to remember which direction I have to press ( up or down) depending on which screen I’m on.  It would be much simpler if regardless of what screen view I am on , pressing up ALWAYS increases the channel (or decreases - consistency across different views is the main thing).  Thanks.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for your post.
We appreciate your feedback. While we do understand your concern, this is functioning as intended. When on the guide and pressing the up button, it will take you down in channels numbers (descending), as you are going upwards within the menu (guide). When watching a station and pressing the up button, it functions as a next channel button, resulting in it going up a number (ascending).
