Thank you for your question. If you have a 9500 receiver and Bell internet, you can install the Fibe TV app on any device and watch programming. The Fibe app can’t be added to the 9500 receiver itself. Only Netflix and Crave can be used from the 9500 receiver console. If you want to add the Fibe TV app you need to go through a third party device such as Amazon Firestick. Then you can watch Fibe TV on your TV.

 Thanks to all. I thought that this might be good to have when dish gets covered in snow still be able to watch TV. will watch on tablet or phone for now

Yes, you can watch Bell Satellite TV on your iPad. In order to do so, you need to have access to Wi-Fi network. You will also need to download the Bell Fibe TV app from the Apple store & install it on your iPad.

The Fibe TV app allows you to enjoy live TV and on-demand content at home and on the go. Watch content on your smartphone, tablet, computer, Bell Streamer, Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, AirPlay-enabled device and Chromecast. The Fibe TV app is included at no cost with Satellite TV services.

Thanks for your question. The Fibe app is available for devices in the various software provider stores or for the PC on the Bell web page. You need an internet connection to use the app.

If I have the starter channel pack with satellite do I still receive the bell fibe tv as well ?

On advice fom the tech after our 9500 install, we should buy Bell firestick to send signals to other tvs. We have done that .uploaded the Fib app and programed the internet (nonBell) to the Firesticks. After calling the help line" poof " it should just happen.

Well we received no instructions that were helpfull to find 4how to access the 9500 signal. right now we are screwed. Hope to get some help here thanks

Thank you for contacting the Bell Community Forum. I am not sure I fully understand your question.

Bell does not have a Firestick perse. The Bell Fibe TV app is available on an Amazon Fire TV Sticks, allowing users to stream live TV and on-demand content without a Bell set-top box. All that you need to use the Fibe TV app is an internet connection & a Firestick connected to your TV.

Your Amazon Fire TV or device must be connected to your Wi-Fi in order to use the Fibe TV app. To connect your device to Wi-Fi:

1. From your TV’s home page, scroll to and select Settings, then select Network.
2. Select the name of your Wi-Fi network.
3. Enter the network password, if prompted, then select Done.
4. Select OK.

If your Amazon Fire TV or device is connected to Bell Internet, you’ll automatically be logged in to the Fibe TV app when you open it. In your case, you indicated that you do not have Bell Internet. Follow these steps below:

1. Open the Fibe TV app and select Log in.
2. Enter your MyBell or My Account username and select Next.
3. Enter your MyBell or My Account password and select Log in.
