Recently we are having to log in to the Fibe app on our Hisense TV at various times throughout the day in the middle of watching a program. This is a very annoying change to how things used to be. Is anyone else experiencing this or does anyone have a solution?

Hi @gesperli
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Are you connected to your Bell home Wi-Fi network when attempting to watch content?
How are you logged in to the Fibe TV app on your television (Best or Easy)? Best is when you login with your MyBell credentials and Easy is when it automatically logs you in while connected to your Bell internet.
Have you tried to reinstall the Fibe TV app on your television?
Have you tried restarting your television?
Looking forward to hearing back.

Thanks for your response. We are not connected to our Bell internet so I can't choose between Best and Easy. I have just deleted and reinstalled the app so I will let you know if we get any further incidents of having to log in. I have cleared cache and history. I have checked for updates on our TV and it is up to date.
