Good Day & Welcome.
Thank you @CrazyTrain4321 for posting your question.
In order to assist you, can you please elaborate on: "My screen is reading "Couldn't find BELL###"."
A "cannot find" or connection error on Bell Fibe TV can mean any number of things. Your receiver or streaming device may have lost communication with your Bell modem.
Which Bell TV service do you subscribe to? Fibe TV, Fibe TV app or Satellite TV. Are you accessing your TV service with a Bell receiver, Fibe TV app, or another streaming device, etc.
Have you tried to do any trouble shooting? Are there any error messages on your modem?
Have you tried to power cycle your receiver, TV, streaming device & modem?
To power cycle your equipment:
- Unplug the power cord from your Bell TV receiver and your Bell modem (Home Hub / Giga Hub).
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug the modem back in first and let all its lights stabilize (about 5 to 7 minutes).
- Plug your TV receiver back in and wait for it to reboot and reconnect to the network.
- If you are accessing your TV service by using the Fibe TV app on a streaming device or Smart TV, make sure your receiver or device is properly connected to your home Wi-Fi or wired network.
If you’re still having trouble with your TV service, please try to run the: Bell Virtual repair tool
Let us know if you require further assistance.
Take care.
