Hi . My remote for fibe suddenly stopped working. When I press the power button nothing lights up. I changed to batteries twice and used the different sets in different other devices so I know the batteries work. At first when I changed the batteries the red light for Bell displayed but then stopped after a couple tries. The remote will no longer activate the TV for fibe.

At last, a result! The Technician had to reboot the system on Bell's end to re-calibrate the remote which is now working perfectly! There is a reset button on the side of the box which brings up a menu that you can work with, but a technician is needed to get to the real solution-good luck!
