Using Fibe TV app, with Google TV, the network connection is lost. Sometimes, changing a channel can work. Checking Settings, a message “Connected. No Internet “ displays. In a few seconds, “internet connected” displays.

Good Day & Welcome.
Thank you for contacting the Bell Community Forum.
Hi @Piacatta I am just checking in to see if you are experiencing this same Error code: 2000 this morning?
Error Code 2000: "Currently unable to connect to the Bell servers. Try again later."
If so, I would suggest running the Virtual Repair Tool. I have included the web link below. This will identify whether there are any outages in your area & it will attempt to repair them. After this completes, I would also try to connect once again.
Internet: troubleshooting tools, Virtual Repair tool and support
Physical issues can also lead to this error, including a defective modem, a poor fiber connection, or a damaged external cable.
- Have you checked for any loose cables, connectors or kinks & cuts in the fibre cable that connects to your modem?
- Have you tried doing a full power off, wait 30 sec., then power your Bell modem back on.
If after completing these earlier steps & you are still experiencing problems, I would suggest that you contact Bell Fibe Internet Tech support at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or use Bell's Chat service at: Bell Chat
Let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Take care.

I unplugged the modem, waited 30 seconds (or more), plugged it back in and then reset. All is well, thank you very much.
