Signed up for Fibe - don't have TV?

Hi 

When I had my fibe gig 3.0 installed the technician said that I would be able to enjoy tv aswell. We'll I downloaded fibe tv app onto my firestick signed in and it said I'm not signed up for  tv on this account. Do I need to download another app or what can I be doing wrong.

In order to watch Fibe TV you must have a subscription to Fibe TV or the Fibe TV app. Do you have a subscription to either of these Bell TV services? If you have a subscription to either of these, you should be able to login to your Firestick using your MyBell credentials to watch Fibe TV.

Please log in to your MyBell web account & verify that all of your services are linked & are listed on the main services page.

 In order for you to use the Fibe TV app, your TV service must be connected & linked to your MyBell account.

 There are two methods for logging in to the Fibe TV app.

  • The Easiest method of login can be used when you are only using the Fibe App from at home.
  • The Best method of log in, can be used at home or away from home.
  • To login to the Fibe TV App, you will use your MyBell account login username & password.
